David Chambers, Catering Consultant

David Chambers began his career as a chef in 1984 and, after extensive experience working all over Australia, ran a successful catering business for seven years. During this time he worked for actor Russell Crowe as a personal chef and events caterer.

With a young family bringing new changes to David's personal life, a move to the Central Coast NSW saw a new challenge for this stage of his career.

Consultancy has now become David’s passion. Passing on his expertise and helping clients reach their full business potential through a focus on ease of service and training.

David could also see a need in the food industry for a useful tool to assist business owners and staff in keeping records and having procedures in place to ensure the smooth operation of the food business, regardless of what staff members may come and go. The Cyber Cuisine CD-ROM was developed from the years of experience David has gained.
